  • Content Subject Matter Experts (contract)

    MindEdge is always looking to expand our network of subject matter experts across all instructional fields. MindEdge subject matter experts work closely with MindEdge editorial staff to write content, edit content, check content for accuracy, write assessment questions, conceptualize case studies, and write game content. In addition, subject matter experts can contribute to video content including on-camera interview-style instructional videos and consulting on video scripts with MindEdge’s creative team. Video filming sessions can be conducted remotely for qualified candidates who are not local to the Boston area.

     

    MindEdge subject matter experts are contract-based and short-term, depending on the length of the editorial project in question and the amount of relevant content in the MindEdge library. Rates vary as well depending on the nature of the project.

     

    Qualifications and Skills

     

    • Master’s degree in the field
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and edit for grammar rules
    • Documented in-industry experience in the field
    • Availability of the necessary hours to meet stated deadlines
    • Teaching experience is a plus
